Ingredients (for 5 servings):
500 g soy yogurt
400 g plantbased milk of choice
60 g maple syrup
5 g vanilla extract
80 g chia seeds
Toppings:
1-ingredient Jam
Sliced bananas
Cocoa nibs
Instructions:
1. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl, preferably with a lid, and whisk to combine.
2. Add chia seeds and whisk again. In a few minutes, whisk again to avoid any clumps, put the lid on, and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning, portion the pudding into individual jars.
4. Serve topped with my 1-ingredient Jam, sliced fresh banana, and cocoa nibs.
